What can I expect from the event?
Portals is the world’s largest display of original fantasy & science fiction artwork, books, miniatures, and memorabilia. Enjoy a journey through imagination — from myth & legends to modern fantasy & science fiction universes. Expect over 300 original artworks from the world's greatest illustrators, on public display for the very first time, with over 10,000 hand-painted miniatures to explore. Enjoy spectacular photo moments inside immersive sci-fi & fantasy environments.

This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
No, there won't be food or beverage for purchase at this event.
Is there parking available?
Yes, behind the Royal Plaza on Scotts hotel there is a multi-storey car park.
Entry
is via the hotel driveway or Claymore Hill. You can check car parking rates

. There are also other car parks located in close proximity, including Wilson Parking Singapore located at 10 Scotts Road. Will there be additional sessions?

Is there a dress code?
There's no dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the shop. Get access to limited-edition and exclusive art prints, sourced directly from artists.

This experience is rated Advisory 16. Does that mean my kids are not allowed?
Not at all! All ages are welcome. Because some of this experience explores mature sci-fi themes and visuals, the Advisory 16 rating is simply there to give parents a heads-up. All visitors are welcome to enter, and we invite parents to use their discretion and guide younger explorers through these imaginative worlds!
About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App (available on
Google Play
and the
Apple App Store
) or on the
Fever website
. Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please

if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number. Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the
Apple App Store
or
Google Play
). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the “Tickets” section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the
Apple App Store
or
Google Play
. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please

. Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 24 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please
contact us
and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed in this event’s location—with the exception of service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Sharp objects, weapons, and illegal contraband are prohibited. No outside food or drink is permitted. Smoking and vaping are prohibited. Please do not use selfie sticks within the premises.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Unfortunately, this experience could not be adapted for the visually and/or hearing impaired. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences inclusive and we recommend that you take a look at other experiences in your city.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, so there won't be any seating available.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue does not have restrooms. The nearest restroom is located at the Royal Plaza Hotel—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes! There are multiple photo opportunities, and you're encouraged to take photos and videos throughout the space!
Is coat check available?
Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to this experience, and the space is accessible for prams/strollers. Children under the age of 4 enter free!
